Famous Monsters Of Filmland #39 - FrankenStuff & More

Lest anyone think i have anything against FM, here's a good chunk of a great issue from 1966, including an interview with the Bat Girl, Carroll Borland.

Hey! I want a "The Black Sleep" t-shirt too!

There was so much cool stuff in this particular issue,
it was hard to stop scanning...

Thanx goes out to Frederick for his vote. One man can make a difference!

Love this issue! Unusual for FM to do such a huge article on a Japanese production, but welcome. I wish I had that actual mag, it was a goodie.

I just picked up the dual Rodan/War of the Gargantuas DVDs, but I never oculd find "Frankenstein Conquers The World" in ANY video outlets. Strange. Guess I'll have to order it! I've never seen it, but I watched the sequel, so I'm anxious to see the first.

I suppose if I'm to get some of these older FM issues I'll have to start buying them on Ebay. All I have now is what I bought growing up, which are a lot, but didn't start til the mid 70's.

I have this issue, in fact I have the entire # 30's run (my fave is the issue before this one with the Curse of the Demon cover and story.)

Frankenstein Conquers has been out on DVD since last June Fred, order it from amazon:
